We partnered with Voyado to help retailers improve customer personalization

We have partnered with retail martech company Voyado to offer retailers more opportunities to use their customer information to personalize interactions and grow loyalty. A new integration allows retailers to easily connect their LS Central retail system with Voyado Engage, a powerful multichannel marketing platform for retail and e-commerce. 

LS Central, powering retail businesses worldwide  

LS Central, LS Retail’s software as a service (SaaS) retail platform, extends Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP with retail-specific functionality. LS Central enables businesses to handle their entire operation, including back office, financials, inventory, retail sales, product management, and employees, using a single solution. LS Central is used by 5000 customers in over 157 countries.

Voyado Engage, increases customer loyalty in retail

Voyado Engage is Voyado’s multichannel marketing platform that helps retail companies to increase customer engagement across channels. The platform empowers retailers with actionable customer data, insights, campaign tools, and marketing automation to help them personalize the customer journey and enhance communication throughout all their sales and marketing channels.  

Taking the customer experience to the next level 

Using the integration between LS Central and Voyado Engage, retailers can more easily keep up with customers and make the most of valuable upselling and cross-selling opportunities. As the two systems communicate seamlessly, the Voyado Engage platform can use information such as customer profiles, purchase history, loyalty programs, and more from LS Central to personalize the experience based on the customer’s purchasing habits and interactions. For example, it can automatically recommend coupons, promotions, or other special offers at the checkout.
