We used to have lots of challenges with indenting, replenishment, planning, and inter-store transfer. With LS Retail software we were able to manage it quite efficiently. We reduced around 15% of stock without compromising sales. Our revenues increased by 10% in the first year, and 25% in the second year.

When we started the process of implementing the system, our agenda was to control our inventory processes, sales transaction, consumption control and wastages. We also wanted to improve our customer service and customer loyalty. With the implementation of LS Central, we were able to achieve all these goals. 

The LS Retail software solution has helped our organization significantly. Earlier, our organization was facing issues with data replication between our multiple stores and head office. With the ERP solution in place, there is a single database which stores all of our master and transaction data. We are now able to run the required reports from this system, which gives us accurate information on our sales and inventory numbers. We were worried it would be hard to sell the idea to our store staff, but they loved the self-checkouts immediately. They enjoy being able to stand up and interact with customers, instead of being confined to a chair behind the register the whole shift.

Implementing new software requires excellent change management skills, close interpersonal cooperation, and constant information exchange from managers. All company employees must have a clear understanding as to why the changes are implemented and what good they will bring. Then people will be more inclined to go along with the changes and have more tolerance for the workload increase during the transition period.
