In choosing an IT supplier, it was important to us that the project and its implementation would also be a major strategic issue for our partner. As a large IT service provider, CGI was a positive surprise in this respect. From the tendering stage on, it was clear that they too were excited about being part of Finland's first implementation project involving an end-to-end system specifically designed for retail.

We have improved from an ordinary POS solution to this 100% complete system. It has obviously been quite a big change, but the more well-organized we became, the clearer our full potential and possibilities got.

LS Retail software helps us run our offline and online business confidently and seamlessly. Having all data centralized in one system, updated in real time, has reduced the time spent by our staff on paperwork and has resulted in faster business decision making.

LS Central provided us with a robust POS, agility, and easily deployed back office, while Power BI gave us quick and insightful analytics. Most implementations fail on upgrades, but with the extension concept of Microsoft Dynamics 365, we don't have to worry about upgrades anymore.

Since we completed our implementation, we have seen an increase in productivity through our operation. Especially with our warehouse team, we can complete the day-to-day tasks in the warehouse with only two associates, instead of the three to four we needed before. The team no longer spend half their shifts on data entry.
