Always innovating: a recap of our year

LS Central SaaS is available in 25 countries, and demand for it keeps on growing.

LS One for restaurants now offers recipe management and kitchen display systems.

LS Pay supports 23 payment service providers (PSPs) and is available for LS Central, LS One, and LS First.

We’ve had twelve busy months - these are just a few highlights of what we’ve accomplished.

Bringing unified experiences to hotels and resorts

The Blue Lagoon in Iceland uses LS Central for hotels to run its two hotels, a world-class spa, four restaurants, a poolside bar, and a skincare boutique – all within one platform.

Guests can use a bracelet to charge drinks, meals and treatments to their account, and can then check out via self-service kiosks. And the Blue Lagoon gets a complete overview of each guest’s activities during the stay.

Introducing the Action Hub: actionable, instant business insights

Forrester reports that while 74% of firms say they want to be “data-driven,” only 29% can successfully connect analytics to action. To drive business outcomes from data, companies need actionable insights.

That’s why we are introducing the Action Hub, where you can keep track of the KPIs you want to monitor, and even get proactive alerts from the system if there’s something that needs your attention.
