LS Central has massively simplified our work. Now we go into the back office (just the one!) and pull out reports that give us real insights on which we can act.

Since it is now possible to drill down from the posting screen to the actual transaction, it has become much faster and easier to research and solve discrepancies prior to closing the books. After having used the system for 3 months, we can say that time required closing the books has been reduced significantly.

From the ERP system renewal, we are seeking stability and reliability. At the same time, we wanted to ensure that the investment is sustainable, even in the long run. We were very satisfied with the LS Retail POS we had, so extending the solution to ERP came as a natural choice for us.

The employees like the possibility to design the display as they feel comfortable when they log into the system; related products can also be viewed and employees can exchange messages among themselves. We believe that the new system will increase our turnover at least by one tenth!

With the new system in place, we have experienced time savings and an increase in productivity. We have abandoned all manual processes, and replenishment, which used to take few days, has been brought down to a few minutes.
