Promarché (Partenaire Intermarché), one of Lebanon’s leading supermarket chains, has selected LS Central on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP to run its operations across its expanding store network. The solution is now live across six branches and the head office, including two flagship stores, marking a significant step in the company’s digital transformation journey.
As the business grew, Promarché realized they needed a modern, cloud-based retail platform capable of simplifying daily operations, improving inventory accuracy, supporting loyalty initiatives, and providing real-time insights across all stores. LS Central now powers the chain with a single system to manage all this and more, giving them a reliable foundation to support continued growth and consistent performance across all locations.
LS Central delivers advanced industry functionality for supermarket and grocery retailers, offering high composability and flexibility. Retailers can deploy LS Central as a unified retail platform extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or integrate it to their preferred ERP. The software brings sales, inventory, loyalty, financials, reporting, and other key functions together in one system, reducing reliance on multiple disconnected tools and ensuring consistent, accurate data throughout the entire business.
Promarché officially went live with LS Central in November 2025. The implementation was led by Megatek, LS Retail’s local partner in Lebanon and LS Retail Cloud partner of the year 2025 for MEA & India, with a team of 13 specialists supporting the project. The transition was completed without service interruptions, maintaining strong checkout performance even during the busiest shopping periods. With this deployment, Promarché becomes the first supermarket chain in the region to adopt a full SaaS retail platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
