We have opened two new LS Retail offices in Stockholm, Sweden, and Porto, Portugal.
The Stockholm office is in Vasagatan 16, in the center of the old city, close to the Central Station. This is our first office in Sweden, and it will be a collaboration space for our employees in Sweden.
“We see a lot of business opportunities in Scandinavia, especially in the pharmacy sector, where we’ve had a steady increase in our customer base,” says Kristjan Johannsson, Chief Commercial Officer at LS Retail. “Having an office in this strategic location will enable us to grow our cooperation with our partners, and better serve and support our customers in the region.”
The Porto office is located in Boavista, the commercial district of Porto, near the heart of the city.
Our first office in Portugal opened in October 2019. Currently we have 30 employees in Portugal within sales, consulting, human resources, and research and development (R&D).
“The new office will be an innovation center for our global products, working in close cooperation with our central development base in LS Retail’s headquarters in Iceland,” says Kristjan Johannsson, Chief Commercial Officer at LS Retail. “Portugal is a great place to open an office for a software company. There is a lot of local talent, and strong interest towards technology and innovation. We look forward to continuing to strengthen our collaboration with this country, and to grow even faster from our new base,” says Johannsson.
Besides our headquarters in Kópavogur, Iceland, we also have offices in Dubai (UAE), Georgia (USA), and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).
