LS Retail announced on August 10th, 2026 that Magnus Norddahl has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Kristjan Johannsson, who is stepping down after leading the company for the past five years.
Magnus Norddahl returns to LS Retail, where he served as CEO from 2010 to 2021. He brings decades of experience leading international software companies, most recently as CEO of Annata, Chairman of the Board at AGR Dynamics, and as an industrial adviser on AI transformation. He takes on the role to lead LS Retail into its next chapter as AI continues to reshape the retail and hospitality software industry.
During his five years as CEO, Kristjan Johannsson guided LS Retail through a period of strong growth, including the transition to new ownership under Axcel and the acquisition of K3 Business Solutions.
