LS Central version 27.0 was released on October 14th, 2025. Here’s an overview of what we have added and improved for fashion and replenishment.

What’s new for fashion in LS Central 27.0

Variant Dimension Matrix now available in retail purchase and sales invoices

The Variant Dimension Matrix is now available in both Retail Purchase Invoice and Retail Sales Invoice, making it easier than ever to manage item variants.

This enhancement provides a faster, more intuitive way to work with item variants in the order documents. With the matrix, you’ll get a clear overview of all variants for a given item, neatly organized by dimensions such as color and size. From a single page, you can adjust quantities quickly and efficiently.

To give you even more flexibility, the Show Lines functionality in the order document lets you drill down into the document lines created for each variant, displaying them in a detailed, record-by-record view.

Easily adjust item variant prices with factor and rounding in the Dimension Price Matrix

We’ve enhanced the Dimension Price Matrix to give you greater flexibility in managing item variant pricing.

With this update, you can now:

  • Adjust purchase prices, sales prices, or discounts of item variants using a factor.
  • Apply rounding rules with configurable precision and rounding direction.
  • Add an extra amount before or after rounding to refine the final value.

This improvement makes it easier to maintain pricing across your item variants, reducing manual effort while ensuring accuracy.

Distribute dimension pattern quantities by total in Variant Weight Curve

We’ve made it easier to manage dimension pattern quantities in the Variant Weight Curve page. Now, you can distribute quantities based on a defined total across all dimension values, like sizes.

Simply specify the total pattern quantity you want, and the system will automatically distribute quantities to each dimension value according to its variant weight, ensuring a balanced and precise allocation that matches the demand for each variant.

Create variant-level item store records with parameters breakdown from Hierarchy Relation

The Update Data Profiles feature in Hierarchy Relation now lets you create Item Store Records per item, variant, and location.

You can also break down Reorder Point and Maximum Inventory values from the item level down to the Item Store Records created, and you can allocate these values using either Variant Weight or Dimension Pattern. This ensures that your inventory thresholds are aligned with the demand patterns of each variant, helping you plan and replenish stock more effectively.

What’s new in Replenishment for LS Central 27.0

Faster parallel replenishment calculations with Pre-Calculated Item Balancing

We’ve introduced a new way to speed up the parallel Out-of-Stock and Replenishment Item Quantity (RIQ) calculations by allowing item balancing to be pre-calculated before the jobs run.

The master job will skip the balancing step during the calculation and directly apply the pre-calculated item range, resulting in faster execution times and improving overall system performance.

For RIQ calculation, the system handles the item ranges differently, depending on whether you’re using Replen. Item Quantity Templates:

  • Without Templates – The item range is written directly to the Job Filter String in the linked jobs.
  • With Templates – The item range is first stored in the Replen. Item Quantity Template Balancing table and then copied into the Job Filter String of the linked jobs during calculation.

Focused Replenishment Templates view for assigned buyers

We’ve made it easier to focus on the Replenishment Templates that are most relevant to you. The Replen. Template List now shows only the templates where you are either the assigned buyer or a member of the assigned buyer group.

Switch views in a click:
  • Show My Templates – See only the templates you’re responsible for.
  • Show All Templates – View all available templates. This update streamlines your workflow and helps you concentrate on the templates you manage most.

New Factboxes in Replenishment Journals

We’ve introduced a set of new Factboxes to the Replenishment Journals to give you richer insights directly within the journals. These Factboxes are now available on the following pages and their detail pages:

  • Purchase Replenishment Journal
  • BOM Purchase Replenishment Journal
  • Component Purchase Replenishment Journal
  • Transfer Replenishment Journal
  • BOM Transfer Replenishment Journal
  • Component Transfer Replenishment Journal
  • Redistribution Replenishment Journal

On the Replen. Template page, you have the flexibility to choose which Factboxes should be visible, so you can focus on the information that matters most to you.

Available Factboxes at a glance

  • Picture Factbox Displays the retail image assigned to the item or item variant.
  • Inventory Factbox Keep track of inventory levels of the item based on the Net Change field.
  • Sales Factbox Displays the item’s sales based on the Sales (Qty.) field. You can also choose whether to include Sales History Adjustment entries in the chart.
  • Lifecycle Factbox Provides insights into the item’s Lifecycle and Aggregated Lifecycle curves.

Sales order creation for local company locations in Transfer Replenishment Journal

We’ve expanded the functionality of the Transfer Replenishment Journal and Purchase Replenishment Journal with Cross Docking. You can now create a sales order from these journals for locally configured locations — where the data source is set to Local Company or Local Company (from Child Locations).

Previously, this feature was only available for locations using Other Company or Other Database as the data source.

Enhanced Retail Budgets with Hierarchy Node support

We’ve enhanced the Retail Purchase Budget and Retail Sales Budget functionalities to provide greater flexibility when working with Item Hierarchy. Previously, budgets could only be maintained at the item level (Hierarchy Node Link). With this release, you can now define budgets directly at the Hierarchy Node level.

To support this, a new Hierarchy Node budget type has been introduced, allowing you to specify the hierarchy level (up to level 5) at which the budget should be maintained.

All related Retail Budget features, such as Copy Budget and Master-Child Budgets Consolidation, have been extended to support this new budget type. In addition, the Hierarchy Node budget type fully supports Open-to-Buy views and enables Open-to-Buy checks on Purchase Orders and Allocation Plans.
