Go Nordic Cruiseline selects LS Central to power retail and hospitality on its ships

Go Nordic Cruiseline, operator of daily ferry and mini-cruise services between Copenhagen and Oslo, has selected LS Central software to manage its retail shops, restaurants, and bars onboard its ships, the Nordic Pearl and Nordic Crown.

Every year, Go Nordic Cruiseline welcomes more than 700,000 passengers on journeys that combine modern comfort with Nordic inspiration. Guests can enjoy upgraded cabins, lively restaurants and bars, live entertainment, and tax-free shopping. To deliver smooth retail and hospitality experiences throughout its operations, Go Nordic Cruiseline will rely on LS Central, the modular POS and business management software solution by LS Retail.

LS Central offers advanced functionality for retail and hospitality with high composability and flexibility. Available on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or integrated to other ERP systems, LS Central enables businesses to manage sales, inventory, customer data, reporting, and much more within one system. Thanks to its modular design, the software makes it easy to add new functionality without complex integrations, so businesses can grow as their needs evolve. Go Nordic Cruiseline will use the full suite of retail and hospitality functionality available in LS Central. This also includes LS Pay, LS Retail’s secure EFT solution, ensuring safe and efficient payment processing, and Analytics for LS Central, the robust data analytics and reporting tool built on Microsoft Power BI. The system will be deployed across the company’s onboard retail shop – which features a wide range of products from electronics to cosmetics and jewelry – as well as its six restaurants and bars/entertainment facilities.
