On July 3rd DignetSoftware, our partner located in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, celebrated their fifth birthday with friends and clients in their new offices in Zagreb.
Ms. Nera Pavic, representative of the mayor of the city of Zagreb and Katja Ocvirk, Solution Sales Executive at LS Retail, were present at the event. "Five years ago we could not imagine that we would be where we are today so fast. It all started as an idea that business can and should be done differently, that it is important to focus on the customer, worry about the quality of your work and to better understand the customer, its problems and needs," said Nermin Montel, CEO, Dignet Software.
Achievements in the past five years
DignetSoftware were the first in Europe to implement the software solution LS Nav Forecourt at gas stations in Bosnia and to become a leading regional partner of LS Retail. They opened affiliate offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina and created the annual conferences called DignetDays, where they inform their customers, potential customers and partners about the latest ERP developments and future business trends.
"Today we work in a number of countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey). Our first project in Bulgaria is coming shortly. We participate in several international projects, working on integrations of various business systems. Several large global companies have chosen us as their regional partner. We have become known outside of our region. Our plan is to be number one LS Retail partner in the region" added Milan Komorčec, Partner, DignetSoftware. Katja Ocvirk commented:"DignetSoftware is an example of how we would like our partners to be: dedicated to retail industry, focused on customers' needs and ready to engage into difficult projects to assist customers even beyond standard software implementation."
