As announced during conneXion Munich, from July 15th, 2019, LS Insight is available for free to LS Retail partners and customers.
LS Insight is a Business Intelligence suite that adds in-depth reporting and analytics tools to LS Central. The solution is built on Power BI, Microsoft’s Business Intelligence service in the cloud.
LS Insight gives retailers access to all the data analytics power and reporting options they need, with none of the complications attached to building a data warehouse. The solution enables retailers to:
- Get a graphical view of their business KPIs and share them with other stakeholders
- Access reporting optimized datasets, and customize them to fit their specific needs
- Filter, slice, drill through or across data
- Access reports and dashboards on any type of mobile device, using a browser
- Add any 3rd party data to the datasets, including real-time streaming data.
Availability
LS Insight is available for free for LS Nav/LS Central on-premises, versions 2015 onwards. On the LS Retail Portal, LS Retail partners and customers can get a downloadable link to receive the files needed to set up LS Insight. They can then use the solution as is with LS Central/LS Nav, or as a base for their data warehouse and Business intelligence environment.
