BDS Co, one of the largest sports retail groups in Southeast Europe, whose portfolio includes Sport Vision, Buzz, Tike, Run'n More, and other retail concepts, has gone live with LS Central in Croatia and Bulgaria, implemented by LS Retail partner Isystems Group, marking a significant milestone in the group’s international retail standardization initiative.

Prior to this transformation, BDS Co operated with eight different POS solutions across brands, creating a fragmented operational landscape that made it difficult to maintain visibility across markets. The organization selected LS Central as its strategic retail platform to deliver a scalable foundation that could also provide the group with the consistency and transparency needed to manage operations spanning multiple countries and user roles.

The first successful go-live on LS Central was achieved earlier this year across 70+ stores in Croatia. Since then, the rollout has expanded progressively, with the go-live of 50+ stores in Bulgaria in May, and the full implementation set to cover more than 800 stores and approximately 2,000 POS devices across 12 countries.

LS Central is the global POS and retail operations platform by LS Retail. Running natively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the software delivers real-time, centralized data across the entire business. Its modular design gives retailers the flexibility to start with the capabilities they need today and expand as their operations grow. Over 110,000 retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, fuel stations, hotels, and more run on LS Retail software in 157 countries.

With LS Central, BDS Co now runs operations across its entire store network on a single platform, giving the business real-time visibility across physical stores, eCommerce, and back-office processes from one place. With access to centralized, real-time data, staff spend less time reconciling numbers across systems and more time serving customers. The implementation was delivered by local LS Retail partner Isystems Group, who implemented the solution as SaaS in the Microsoft Cloud, combined with offline POS capabilities to ensure uninterrupted store operations.

“The project enabled us to align and standardize retail processes across multiple countries, creating a consistent operational model that supports efficiency and scalability,” says Goran Plavšić, Group Head of IT Products & Solutions at BDS Co. “The implementation approach allowed us to address complex requirements while maintaining a clear and structured delivery framework.”

“We are proud to support BDS Co in building a unified and scalable retail platform across multiple markets,” says Boyan Martinov, Chief Sales Officer and Project Owner at Isystems Group. “This project demonstrates how strong collaboration, clear organization, and a shared commitment between teams can successfully deliver complex transformation initiatives.”

“Multi-brand retail groups operating across multiple countries face a level of complexity that demands more than standard retail software,” says Carsten Wulff, Regional Vice President Europe at LS Retail. “The international sports retail sector is one of the fastest-growing segments we are seeing at LS Retail right now, with more and more sports chains expanding across borders and turning to us to help manage that complexity. We are proud to support BDS Co, as they continue to build the operational foundation to manage that complexity at scale across twelve different countries.”
