ABC selects LS Central in SaaS to power retail across its flagship stores and malls

ABC, Lebanon’s premium shopping destination, has chosen LS Central on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage all its retail operations across 13 branches, including three flagship locations.

As ABC expanded its portfolio, the organization sought a cloud-based retail software solution to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and centralize control over inventory, pricing, and product information. Today, LS Central supports ABC with a unified retail platform across all locations, allowing them to manage POS, inventory, store operations, reporting, and much more with one system. With consistent, real-time data across the business, ABC benefits from faster decision-making, better inventory visibility, and more efficient processes.

LS Central is the global POS and business management software by LS Retail, offering powerful retail and hospitality functionality with high composability and flexibility. The software is available on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or integrated to other leading ERPs, so companies can make the most of their existing investments. Everyday LS Retail software powers over 110,000+ stores, restaurants, hotels, gas stations and pharmacies across 157 countries.

ABC also uses Megatek’s Kapyod mobile warehouse solution and ECR integration framework, which provides additional support for inventory operations, fiscal compliance, and real-time data synchronization across stores and warehouses.

The implementation is being carried out by Megatek, an LS Retail Diamond partner in Lebanon and LS Retail Cloud Partner of the year 2025 for MEA & India, with a dedicated team of more than 14 specialized members covering project management, retail consulting, development, integration, and support. The project focuses on operational continuity, performance, and long-term scalability.
