Transmarco Group

Transmarco Group is a leading retail and distribution company in Southeast Asia, operating multiple lifestyle and fashion brands, including Hush Puppies, Obermain, Antton & Co, LeSportsac, and Playboy across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. With a network of over 800 stores and a growing eCommerce presence, Transmarco focuses on delivering consistent omnichannel customer experiences.

Flexible enough for every brand in every market

With LS Central, Transmarco can easily adapt the platform as the business evolves, building on top of it or integrating with external sources while managing everything from one database. That flexibility is already showing up in daily operations, especially for store and IT staff, who now work with consistent processes instead of juggling disconnected tools and manual workarounds. Tasks that used to take hours, like putting together POS statements and consolidating reports across entities, now take minutes.

Zifra Permana, Regional IT PMO at Transmarco Group says:

“The implementation of LS Central is a strategic step for us to unify operations across multiple countries and improve visibility across our retail network.”

Immediate results, even mid-rollout

Transmarco is bringing pricing, promotions, and reporting into one database across its multi-country network, cutting the business’s dependency on manual processes as it scales.
Even during the implementation process in Indonesia, Transmarco started seeing faster reporting generation, with manual effort significantly reduced, along with improved inventory tracking accuracy and automated replenishment. Manual reconciliation and operational errors have decreased, and management now has better visibility for reporting across the business.

As Herry Rizaldi, Chief Development Officer at Transmarco Group says:

“We are already seeing significant efficiency gains, particularly in faster report generation and improved data accuracy. The robust integration between LS Central and Business Central ensures our regional teams can execute store operations and POS transactions with much higher precision.”

Support for multi-country requirements

Beyond Indonesia, Transmarco is extending the rollout to Malaysia and Singapore, bringing operations for all three countries onto the same platform. Rather than forcing every entity into identical rules, tax, currency, and promotions are all managed at the individual company level, so local compliance and brand-specific offers stay accurate without extra manual work.

No servers to manage, no delay in adding a new market

Running LS Central in the cloud has reduced the burden of infrastructure maintenance for Transmarco. The model supports faster deployment across multiple companies, making system updates and scaling easier, and improving accessibility for regional teams working across different markets.

As Herry Rizaldi, Chief Development Officer at Transmarco Group says:

“Moving to a cloud-based SaaS model with LS Central and Business Central gives us the scalable infrastructure we need to expand. This deployment is foundational for our long-term vision, enabling us to seamlessly drive future growth through full omnichannel integration and advanced supply chain automation.”

What was holding the business back

As a multi-country retail operator, Transmarco faced the challenge of maintaining stock visibility across stores and warehouses, keeping promotions consistent across channels, and supporting faster decision-making with real-time reporting. Without a unified view across brands, scaling across countries and currencies only added to the complexity, slowing how quickly the business could grow and respond to demand.

The decision and foundation

Transmarco needed a platform that could unite POS, ERP, and inventory across countries. It also had to be able to scale across multiple companies, support omnichannel retail, stay flexible for future eCommerce plans, and keep replenishment automated with full, centralized visibility. LS Central fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central checked every box, keeping store operations, POS, and finance all working from the same data.

With the foundation in place, the rollout is bringing 140 POS across three countries onto the platform, led in phases by local LS Retail partner, CyanSYS. The teams have worked closely on getting the requirements right, migrating and validating data, and training users through multiple rounds of testing before go-live.

Looking ahead

Transmarco plans to enable full omnichannel integration, including the eCommerce for LS Central add-on with Shopify to connect in-store and online operations on the same platform. The business also aims to deepen automation across supply chain and replenishment, and layer in advanced analytics for demand forecasting and merchandising in future stages.

Q&A: insights from Transmarco Group's implementation

What was the biggest operational challenge before LS Central?
Managing five distinct brands across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore meant store and IT teams were relying on disconnected tools and manual workarounds. Stock visibility across stores and warehouses was limited, promotions weren't consistent across channels, and real-time reporting wasn't fast enough to support quick decision-making.

Why did Transmarco choose LS Central over other options?
The team needed a single platform that could unify POS, ERP, and inventory across countries while scaling across multiple companies and staying flexible for future eCommerce plans. LS Central met those requirements, keeping store operations, POS, and finance on the same underlying data.

What changed operationally once the rollout began?
Tasks like putting together POS statements and consolidating reports across entities dropped from hours to minutes. Inventory tracking accuracy improved, replenishment became automated, and manual reconciliation errors decreased, giving management clearer visibility into the business.

What role does the cloud deployment play in the rollout?
Running LS Central in the cloud removed the burden of infrastructure maintenance for Transmarco. It supports faster deployment across multiple companies, makes system updates and scaling simpler, and improves accessibility for regional teams working across different markets.
