VIECON is around 20 minutes from Vienna International Airport (VIE) by public transport, and around 15 minutes from Vienna Central Station by underground. The closest U2 underground stations are Messe-Prater and Krieau, both just a few minutes’ walk from the venue entrances

Cancellation policy

Cancellations needs to be sent in writing to events@lsretail.com and need to be confirmed by the LS Retail team in writing.

  • Cancellations received on or before January 15, 2027, will receive a 100% refund of pre-paid conference registration fees.
  • No refunds will be issued for conference registration fees for cancellations received on or after January 16, 2027.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-show attendees
