conneXion is an annual LS Retail conference where retailers, hospitality businesses, and LS Retail partners have a chance to network and learn about the latest technology and how to stay ahead in a changing and competitive industry. In 2023, we decided to bring this event to the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia to be closer to our customers and partners in APAC. This is our first regional conneXion event.

conneXion APAC will be held over 1.5 days on March 8-9 for customers and partners, with an exclusive partner-only meetup on the afternoon of March 9.

We’re expecting 100+ partner delegates, customers and prospects. Global and regional hardware and software vendors will also be there. Limited seats available.

conneXion APAC will take place at Hilton Bali Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia. Perched atop a 40-meter cliff overlooking the ocean, Hilton Bali Resort is located in Sawangan, on the southern part of the island. Denpasar Bali airport is only 16 km away.

Special conference rates are available and bookable directly via the hotel until February 19th, 2023. The special rate is also available 3 days before and after the block dates.

How to reach the hotel from airport: You can take the airport taxi, metered taxi or e-hailing services (e.g. Grab) from the airport. It’s about 30 minutes’ drive. This fare is not included in the conference rate.

Before traveling to Bali, make sure you check out the Visa and requirements for entering Indonesia. The Visa and requirements differ depending on your nationality and passport. Currency and payment: The official currency in Bali is Indonesia Rupiah (IDR). Other than the hotel, cash is commonly used so do prepare sufficient cash for transport and other expenses.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations needs to be sent in writing to events@lsretail.com and need to be confirmed by LS Retail.
Cancellations received before 6 January 2023 will be refunded 100% of pre-paid conference registration fees.
No refund of conference registration fees will be available for cancellations from 7 January 2023.
No refunds will be made for No Shows.
