Pellini has successfully migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central in SaaS. The project was led by certified LS Retail partner Megatek across five countries and 20 stores.
Pellini is a premium Italian-inspired menswear chain across the Middle East and Africa. Founded in 1975 as a family-run tailoring workshop, Pellini evolved from local production into international manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and a retail-driven menswear brand with an active regional and international retail footprint. The brand has established more than 20 stores spanning Lebanon, UAE, Egypt, Tanzania, and Congo, and other regions.
As Pellini expanded across multiple markets, they required a modern, cloud-based platform capable of unifying operations across all locations, improving visibility between stores and warehouses, and supporting long-term scalability. To meet these goals and support continued business growth, Pellini decided to migrate to LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. By moving to a secure SaaS infrastructure, Pellini now benefits from greater operational flexibility, centralized data access, enterprise-grade cloud security, and AI-ready business intelligence capabilities that enable smarter decision-making and continuous operational improvement.

Running natively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or integrated with other leading ERPs, the software delivers real-time, centralized data across the entire business. Thanks to its modular design, retailers have the flexibility to start with the capabilities they need today and add more as their needs evolve. Over 110,000+ retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, fuel stations, hotels, entertainment venues, and many more businesses run on LS Retail software.
The migration and go-live were delivered by LS Retail’s local Diamond partner in Lebanon and Regional Partner of the Year 2026, Megatek. The project prioritized business continuity and operational stability throughout the transition, while also successfully migrating 11 years of historical business data — a major milestone in Pellini’s digital transformation journey.
