LS Retail has acquired K3 Global Accounts and K3 Unisoft from Xpert Business Solutions Group (“XBSG”). The two operating units were formerly part of the K3 Business Technology Group (UK). The transaction will be completed on June 19, 2026.
K3 Global Accounts, operating out of the Netherlands and Singapore, delivers business-critical software and specialist services to Inter IKEA Systems and to IKEA retailers in 32 countries. Its franchise retailing solutions are built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM, combined with key retail software solutions from LS Retail. Their portfolio also includes complex proprietary IP for e-commerce, mobile applications, and a wide range of integrations.
K3 Unisoft, founded in 1985, operates out of the Netherlands, providing point of sale, ERP, integration and reporting software for the small and mid-sized retail market in the Benelux. It also holds a growing portfolio of new solutions such as cloud-native add-ons to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and modern e-commerce solutions designed for wholesalers and brand owners.
