LS Retail is proud to announce that Emirates General Petroleum Corporation, Emarat, has selected LS Retail software to power the customer experience in its gas station of the future. The agreement was formalized at Emarat’s headquarters in Dubai during a signing ceremony attended by senior leaders from both organizations.

Emirates Petroleum Company PJSC (Emarat) is one of the UAE's leading energy providers, established in 1980 to meet the nation's growing energy demands. Emarat operates an extensive network of service stations across the UAE, offering high-quality fuel, convenience retail, and automotive services, alongside a comprehensive range of commercial fuel, natural gas, and lubricant products.

LS Central is LS Retail’s unified software that delivers specialized functionality for the forecourt, retail, and food service industries. LS Central covers the needs of the entire retail organization, from headquarters, to operations, to stores, to guest experience, enabling enterprises to deliver consistent experiences across all customer touchpoints.

Emarat has already been using LS Retail software for several years, with the system powering retail and F&B operations in their gas stations. Emarat is now renewing its commitment to LS Retail software and extending the areas where the solution will help them deliver great guest experiences. The scope for future implementation spans payment management, data analytics, and guest experience across the forecourt.
