EJ Hotels selects LS Central to centralize operations across its properties in Iceland

EJ Hotels, a family-owned hospitality business in South Iceland, has selected LS Central on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to centralize operations across its three properties: Hotel Anna, Hotel Skógafoss, and Hotel Skogá.

EJ Hotels is a hospitality company based in South Iceland, founded and run by brothers Einar and Jóhann, who continue a tradition of welcoming guests that began with their parents in the 1990s. The company operates three properties: Hotel Anna, a charming farmhouse style destination with uniquely decorated rooms and deluxe apartments; Hotel Skógafoss, located directly opposite the iconic Skógafoss waterfall; and Hotel Skogá, a cozy, self check-in hotel within walking distance of Skógafoss — as well as two full-service restaurants serving Icelandic inspired cuisine and a street food café.

As the company expanded, running multiple systems across different locations became increasingly complex. Each site relied on separate software solutions that could not effectively share data, limiting visibility into performance, and resulting in inconsistent reporting.

To support continued growth and improve oversight, EJ Hotels began searching for a solution that would bring greater consistency across the business. LS Central was selected to provide a single platform connecting hotel, restaurant, inventory, and financial operations.

LS Central for hotels is a property management and operations platform designed specifically for the hospitality industry. Natively integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and compatible through its integration framework with other leading ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, the solution delivers centralized, timely data while allowing businesses to grow at their own pace thanks to its modular design.

 LS Central was successfully implemented in the company’s restaurants through a collaboration between LS Retail specialists and local partner Tegra. Building on this success, the LS Retail Professional Services team will lead the rollout of property management and bookings functionality in the coming months, further strengthening EJ Hotels’ operations across their properties.

Looking ahead, EJ Hotels is preparing to open a new upscale hotel featuring a wellness center and restaurant. With LS Central in place, the company will be able to manage its growing portfolio with greater consistency, control, and confidence.
