Cancellations shall be sent in writing to events@lsretail.com and shall be subject to confirmation by LS Retail.
- Cancellations made before September 10th, will receive a 100% refund of pre-paid conference registration fees.
- No refund of conference registration fees will be available for cancellations made from September 11th.
- No refund will be made for no-show.
