A.S. Watson opened their first Watsons flagship store in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2019and received a great response. Today, they run a total of six stores across Vietnam.
When they opened their first store in Vietnam, A.S. Watson decided to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail software due to the excellent reputation of the software and the fact that it is a complete, end-to-end solution. The scalability of LS Retail software gave the management team confidence the system would grow with the business as it expands and easily enable them to increase the number of stores.
With LS Retail software, A.S. Watson can manage their key business activities with just one system covering financials, POS, store management, inventory, eCommerce, and loyalty.

The company also can’t wait to use ScanPayGo to offer faster self-service and self-checkout options to their customers. They will also explore the replenishment module in more detail to optimize inventory management and increase operational efficiency.
