Cancellation policy
Cancellations needs to be sent in writing to events@lsretail.com and need to be confirmed by the LS Retail team in writing.
- Cancellations received on or before December 15, 2023, will receive a 100% refund of pre-paid conference registration fees.
- No refunds will be issued for conference registration fees for cancellations received on or after December 16, 2023.
- No refunds will be issued for no-show attendees
