Manage your staff from headquarters and maximize their productivity with LS Nav. Through our system, management can easily plan and distribute staff rosters, handle sales commissions and oversee and approve work hours throughout the whole business. The powerful salary-related functions let you compare actual staff costs against your budget.
LS Nav makes it easy and fast to calculate accurate sales commissions for your sales associates.
The system can calculate sales commissions for individual sales persons or for groups of sales persons. This way managers can handle cashiers’ and sales assistants’ commissions separately. The flexible system also permits to automatically calculate sales commission for selected items or item groups, for predefined periods.
Sales commissions are then automatically posted into the company’s ledger for full traceability of records and reports.
LS Nav includes a suite of loss prevention tools.
The software solution reviews all POS transactions and extracts transactions that match pre-defined triggers. The system then further analyzes the extracted results to create loss prevention events. Such events can then be analyzed further by store, POS, staff, date and time, and can be escalated from events to incidents.
The system, along with LS BI, allows for graphical analysis of loss prevention events.
The system includes a very sophisticated setup of permissions for POS users.
Head office can define POS staff permissions for individual operations, such as voiding an item, voiding a transaction, opening a drawer manually, returning items, selling over discount limits and many more.
For easy maintenance it is possible to define permissions for groups of users or groups of stores.
We now have an all-in-one software platform. Financial management, customer management and online store are centralized, which saves us time.
