Beaverbrooks, the UK’s prestige retail jeweler, has selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV from K3 Retail and LS Retail to develop their jeweler business across the channels: The new solution has improved the customer service and supported the company's roadmap for growth. The new system will replace legacy financial and merchandise systems, allowing the retailer to modernize. The new solution will be integrated with Beaverbrooks's current in-house developed EPOS system and their recently updated e-commerce platform. The result will be a comprehensive set of functionalities including better visibility of stock and faster fulfillment of the website and across the company's 65 stores. Patrick Walker, Head of IT at Beaverbrooks, said: “We were looking to replace our old legacy systems and needed a more up-to-date, modern solution that would give us a single view of our stock, better reporting functionality and assistance in becoming the multi-channel retailer we strive to be.” Walker added, “We chose K3 Retail due to their knowledge and expertise within the retail sector and their strong relationship with LS Retail. They have a pedigree in retail technology and stood out from other providers.
Their solution complements our in-house system and is the best fit for us. It's early days, but we have been very impressed by what we have seen so far.” John Little, Sales Director of K3 Retail, says “Beaverbrooks is a retailer with its finger on the pulse. They have transformed their business into the multichannel retailer they are today. The many successful implementations with the LS Retail suite of products gave Beaverbrooks the confidence that the platform they selected would support them on their journey of achieving a truly joined-up multichannel experience.”
