Upscale retailer chooses a solution that can grow with them
Abdulaziz al Rasheed Trading is the retail establishment of Saudi Arabia’s Al Rasheed Group. The group manages high-end brands such as Cerruti, Just cavalli, Yamamay. The company also opened the first Lamborghini fashion store outside of Italy. Located in the fashionable Dubai Mall, this is a high-end store dedicated to Collezione Automobili Lamborghini’s entire range of fashion and accessories, including children’s clothing.
The boutique's wide range of products is not meant solely for Lamborghini owners; the items are aimed at any customer “who values quality, style and elegance.”
Breaking into a competitive market
In 2014, they opened the first Lamborghini fashion store outside of Italy at the Dubai Mall. The new company needed a reliable and diversified retail solution with integrated ERP that could be easily implemented with minimum risk of failure in project implementation. They chose LS Nav, with the help of LS Retail's partner AP&T Business Solutions in the UAE.

Looking to the future, they knew their software would gradually need to accommodate increasing demands and innovations in the business, in order to grow the company as a global brand.
With the support of AP&T Business Solutions, one of LS Retail's partners in the UAE, the project management team at Abdulaziz Al Rasheed Trading ran a testing on LS Nav. The software solution was tested on critical business functions like finance, procurement, inventory, and more. The whole team deemed the implementation very successful, and LS Nav was immediately implemented at the Dubai Mall Lamborghini store.
“The challenge faced was twofold: on the one hand, implementing the customer’s requirements with limited resource availability, as this is a startup company,” says Archie Patrao, Managing Director at AP&T Business Solutions, “and on the other hand, providing the latest functionalities such as customer loyalty, principle brand interfaces with replenishment, and automated information notification and alerts to management.”

Since LS Nav was introduced at the first store and back office at Abdulaziz al Rasheed Trading, the Al Rasheed Group has significantly increased their performance and productivity. They are now planning the growth of the business into new brands in the hospitality and food and beverage sectors without concerns over the scalability of the solution.
