LLP Sofia recently signed an agreement with Apparel Ltd., the exclusive distributor of Esprit and Axent in Bulgaria, to implement the Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LS Retail.

Apparel Ltd. is the exclusive distributor of the Esprit and Axent brands in Bulgaria. It was established in 2003 and currently operates two stores in the most visited mall in Sofia. The company is planning to further expand its operation to other locations in Bulgaria in the near future. The main advantages of Apparel are its relatively small back office, its flexible organizational structure and its ability to make quick decisions.

The client faces the challenges of rapid expansion plans and increasing turnover. Whilst wishing to keep the current number of back office employees, it expects a substantial increase in total items sold, purchase order volume, and warehouse availability.
