Successful implementation of LS Retail at Wildkamp

On the 27th of May the POS implementation project at Wildkamp in the Netherlands was officially closed and signed off. The project which started by K3 Landsteinar in September moved into operational support at the end of March when the implementation of LS Retail in all 33 existing Wildkamp stores at that stage was finalized. Since then Wildkamp has opened new stores with LS Retail implemented where only minimum support from K3 was required.

Jan Ben Mijs, Manager – Implementation Services said of the implementation: ‘’When we started this project in September last year we laid down an ambitious plan in which we had to deliver the software in November, pilot it in selected stores in December and implement the rest of the stores before the end of March this year. By following the SureStep implementation methodology we managed to do this within the given timeframe and we are proud to play a role in enabling Wildkamp to further grow their very successful concept. The cooperation with Wildkamp was very successful during this project”
