The first Middle East and Africa Dynamics Industry Summit 2009 was especially planned to bring together MEA and International partners, team members and industry experts in an environment that would help develop new opportunities for building business, investigating industry solutions, and opening new business channels.The Summit was held in Sharm El Sheikh - Egypt on 19-20 February at the Savoy Hotel & Convention Center with more than 150 representatives from the entire MEA geographical area.
Through the Summit the participants found out how to enhance their Dynamics investments, build new business relations through intermingling with industry leaders, Microsoft team members, local and international partners and ISV’s.
Around the Conference, Microsoft also offered Partner Executive leadership to attend the Profitability and Business Growth training Workshop by George Brown from Sales Works; Sales Works is considered the most prominent global organization supporting Dynamics partners to learn how to dramatically improve their business and become more profitable.

Mr. Jóhann Sveinsson, Senior Consultant, represented LS Retail in Egypt this time. He presented the LS Retail systems on the second day of the event when the agenda split into four different tracks, Retail and Distribution being one. With Jóhann, Mr. Waddah Laham, Sales and Marketing Manager from Dynamic Vertical Solutions also represented the LS Retail products at the MEA. LS Retail was featured in the Expo that was held parallel to the summit and attracted a lot of attention. Mr. Laham and Jóhann stood the watch at the LS Retail stand in the Expo area where they demonstrated the LS Retail solutions and met with existing Partners and potential partners. |
