M Crowd Restaurant Group Inc chooses LS Retail and NAV to serve up big profits and productivity with its investments in existing restaurants group concepts.
M Crowd Restaurant Group Inc, one of the fastest growing restaurant chains in Southwest United States, runs several successful group concepts table service restaurants, such as The Mercury, Taco Diner and Mi Cocina. In order to progress further the group considered it necessary to do more than serve great food, offer exemplary service and hope for repeat business. M Crowd needed a rich, robust end-to-end software solution.
M Crowd wanted to bring their details sales lines from their existing Aloha POS system into their ERP to analyze sales, tax, food and labor cost. M Crowd hired Concord Solutions, LLC and based on the business process requirements Concord Solutions recommended Microsoft Dynamics, LS Hospitality and NAV.
M Crowd Restaurant Group selected Concord Solutions, a SAP and Microsoft Dynamics partner, to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV, LS Retail and LS Hospitality. The company was using MAS 200 for their financial systems including G/L, Procure to Pay, Banking, and Sage FAS for their fixed assets.
The M Crowd project was completed successfully on time and on budget and then went live on January 6, 2009 with NAV 5.1, LS Retail and LS Hospitality, on SQL 2008.
