The delivery is based on LS Retail, an Icelandic software suite for retail.
LS Retail is a solution built on Microsoft’s Navision enterprise resource planning system (ERP) that is also used in tax free sales in several European countries.

LS Retail will be integrated with the current system platform of Finnair Catering. Comprehensive back office functionality will be implemented to support sales. The mobile solution used onboard airplanes represents the latest of software and hardware technology emphasizing usability and improved customer service.
