LS Retail partner Merit Consulting Vest AS is a Microsoft Gold Certified partner located in Bergen, at the west coast of Norway. They have been selling Microsoft Dynamic NAV and LS Retail for NAV with the main branch focus on Bakery and the Sports industry.

As the only provider of ERP-solutions, Merit Consulting Vest AS was present at the NORSPO Sports Fair in Oslo, 6-8 September 2009. Suppliers to the sports market displayed their products for spring/summer 2010, and the sport chains placed their orders. Merit´s representatives at the Fair were Jan Eskestrand (CEO), Siv Iren Fjæreide Larsen (Senior Business Advisor) and Eirik Sandal (Senior Business Advisor). Kari Traa, the Norwegian Olympic skiing gold medalist in Salt Lake City 2002, visited the Merit stand and got an overview of the work they are doing for her growing company.

There was competition with prizes from the Merit customer Audhild Viken AS which was a great success. T-shirts with a moose and the Norwegian flag were desirable prizes, and made even more people visit the stand. The fact that Merit was welcomed as an exhibitor at the NORSPO Sports Fair in Oslo, fortifies their position as a solution vendor for the Sports Industry.
