The LS Retail Partner network has been in operation since 1997 and today consists of almost 100 partners from all over the world. The partner channel has installed LS Retail for 1200 customers with 23.000 stores and 45.000 POS. The driving force behind the success of LS Retail is the competence of our network. The business partners provide personalized, local service—from planning, to implementation, to ongoing support—to ensure that companies receive the precise business solution to meet their needs. We do so by providing each with superior business opportunities, marketing support, incentives, special offers, education, productivity tools, online assistance, and alliances.
Unlike many other ISVs, our partners have to go through certification process which ensures the competence, commitment and focus on LS Retail necessary to make successful customer installations. Our partner program also includes ongoing upgrade training, Retail in Detail technical workshops and the LS Retail Partner conferences.
Certification Process
To be certified for LS Retail potential partners must meet the following requirements:
- Certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Fill out Partner Information form on the web
- Submit Application form (sent after we receive partner information)
- Evaluation and acceptance of application form by LS Retail
- Complete Certification Training for a minimum of three persons per country. Click here for details and pricelist regarding the Training process
- Sign agreements - to be sent after approval of application
- Submit pipeline reports and establish contact persons

To maintain LS Retail Partner status, the partners must:
- Submit quarterly pipeline reports
- Take upgrade training for a minimum of three persons per country, when a new version is released
- Take part in LS Retail Workshops and Conferences
- Meet agreed targets
